Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get 14 days with 2 connected inboxes, 100 emails a day and 1,000 contacts. No card is needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep sending; your campaigns and contacts stay where they are.
What counts as an email?
Each new message Aircraf sends to a contact counts once: the first email and every follow-up step. Replies you receive, and replies you write from the unified inbox, do not count.
Do I have to bring my own inboxes?
Yes. Aircraf sends only through accounts you connect: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, or your own SendGrid API key. That keeps your reputation separate from every other customer's.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing portal in Settings whenever you like. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I go over my daily limit?
Sending pauses until the next day and picks up where it stopped. There are no overage charges. If you regularly need more, move up a plan or ask about custom limits on Scale.
